The Opportunity: We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury to join us as a Sales Consultant in our Gretna Green store. This is a part-time role, working 7 hours per week.


Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers
* Use a personalized selling approach and guide the customer journey from start to finish
* Deliver sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages
* Assist the team with general store tasks including stock management, cleaning and replenishment

* Excellent communication skills, confidence and a positive, can-do attitude
* High standard of personal grooming and a passion for luxury
* Ability to work well in a team and drive to achieve store and personal KPIs
* Flexibility in working arrangements to meet business requirements
