An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Managing Director to join a leading fintech platform with offices in London and Gibraltar.
The company specialises in providing payment solutions to SMEs and consumers worldwide, including transaction processing and cryptocurrency options.
Regulated by both the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission and the FCA in London, the company has strong connections with global financial institutions.
Owned by a group of experienced entrepreneurs and private equity investors, the company is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to drive business growth, manage investor relationships, work with regulators, and lead product innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing profit and loss, developing and executing strategies, and maximizing shareholder return.
We are seeking an experienced Managing Director with a background in financial services, business to business, or business to consumer industries and preferably a graduate with strong commercial acumen.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This role can be based in either London or Gibraltar, with regular business travel between the two locations expected.
Core competencies and attributes required:
* We are looking for an experienced Managing Director with a background in financial services, business to business, or business to consumer.
* The Managing Director should preferably be a graduate with strong commercial acumen.
* The Managing Director must be a dynamic and influential leader capable of driving strategic business development.
* Experience of working with private equity owners and investors would be an advantage.
* The incoming Managing Director will need excellent verbal and written communication skills.
