About the role
We Are Footprint is looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee Candidate Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to help us reconnect with and revitalise our extensive candidate network.
We have a substantial candidate database, and we need someone who is motivated, confident on the phone, and happy working through a structured contact list to reconnect with quality construction professionals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, likes targets, and takes pride in keeping information accurate and organised.
What you'll be doing
âś” Working methodically through a large candidate contact list
âś” Making outbound calls to reconnect with candidates
âś” Updating phone numbers, email addresses and work preferences
âś” Checking availability for upcoming assignments
âś” Confirming skills, qualifications and experience
âś” Re-engaging inactive candidates and rebuilding relationships
âś” Recording accurate notes on our CRM system
âś” Supporting the recruitment team with general administration

Within the first few months, you’ll help us reactivate dormant candidates, refresh records, and become a key part of our recruitment operation.
