Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee office operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide high-level support to both management and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of a compliance frameworks and quality assurance processes, ensuring that our operations align with requirements and industry best practices. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services administration, compliance, and office management. You will lead daily operations, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and support the business in delivering first-class client outcomes.

Duties:
* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business.
* Ensure excellence in customer experience with quality checks.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and client files to regulatory standards.
* Manage workflows and deadlines across loan, mortgage, and funding applications.
* Act as the main point of contact for regulators, lenders, and auditors.
* Provide senior administrative and operational support to management.
* Supervise workflow in pipeline, ensuring performance standards are met.
* Contribute to process improvement and business efficiency.
* Assist in strategic projects, business reporting, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Potential experience in a compliance role, preferably within the industry.
* Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and standards.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey compliance concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
