Job Title: Visual Merchandiser
Reports to: Brand Image Director
Contract Type: 1 Year Fixed Term
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Job Purpose: Working within the Brand Image Department – Marketing, Commercial and Retail teams, you will lead the execution of all visual merchandising strategies across stores, pop-ups, and wholesale environments. You will also play a critical role in supporting stores fitouts, showroom set-ups, retail launches, and store projects.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for shaping the visual identity of our retail spaces, ensuring a cohesive, premium experience aligned with our brand image.
* Implement the VM strategy and VM concepts to ensure coherent and consistent planning and execution are followed for each product launch, capsules, collaboration, runway show and showrooms.
* In charge of creating visually appealing displays in retail stores, wholesale and pop-ups
* Weekly VM visits to flagship stores. Monthly visits to main wholesaler partners. Working remotely on VM changes with outer UK retailers.
* VM visits outside Europe for our new retails, SIS and pop-ups.
* Ensure consistency of product presentation in line with brand standards.
* Ensuring that store procedure and guidelines for merchandise display are retained.
* Development of VM seasonal guidelines
* Train and support in-stores teams and sales team to improve display techniques and to keep the highest visual standard.
* Liaise with Marketing and Commercial teams for campaign rollouts and window executions.
* Logistic, manage VM props, fixtures, mannequins, and display elements.
* Oversee VM installation during new store builds, showroom and pop-ups.
* Coordination with external venders for graphic and props requests.
Skills and experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
* Strong eye for detail, colour, and spatial design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or CAD tools a plus.
* Good time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and travel regularly to retail locations.
* Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering elevated brand experiences.
