People Answers. Are you a proactive, well organised person with strong IFRS accounting know-how, experience of handling auditors independently and keen to take your experience to the next level? As Financial Reporting Manager you will assist with monthly and annual statutory consolidation and group reporting processes, and lead the day to day running of the annual group financial statement preparation and audit process. You will help to ensure well controlled, timely, efficient financial reporting, working closely with other finance teams. Hybrid working is available (3 days office based in Thames Ditton) What you will be doing: Drive the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements in line with timelines Assist where required in preparation of certain local statutory financial statements and audits Complete all statutory audits and filing of entity accounts in line with statutory timelines and other local laws and requirements Direct the relationship with Group auditors and oversee the group audit day to day. Prepare banking covenant and other compliance reporting in line with required deadlines Maintain group accounting policies, accounting manual and technical papers to ensure compliance with IFRS and other local reporting requirements for all SHL legal entities Assist the FP&A and Business Partner and Sales teams in comprehending financial statements, IFRS and other technical aspects of accounting as required Continuously improve the efficiency and control of all consolidation, audit and reporting processes to achieve best in class quality.
