Your role
As a Trusts and Grants Executive, you will be responsible for:
3. Managing the Trust and Grants team inbox.

5. Following defined guidelines and administrative processes, including financial reporting, monthly reconciliation and forecasting.
6. Supporting the team with administrative tasks including annual donor mailings, project information gathering and maintaining the supporter database.
7. Stewarding a portfolio of small and medium sized reactive trusts, updating and thanking as required.

About you
You will be someone who combines great administrative, IT and organisational skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be both a process and a people person who enjoys relationship management and being part of a team but with a keen eye for detail and natural resourcefulness to trouble-shoot and identify process efficiencies to ensure the smooth running of the team.
This is a predominantly desk-based, entry-level fundraising role where you will be pivotal in supporting a team of Trust and Grant Managers. There may be occasional travel for off-site meetings and events.
