The Role:
* Taking full operational responsibility for a busy, warehousing and logistics operation
* Driving operational performance, efficiency and service delivery across all areas of the site
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and overall site performance
* Monitoring the team using data and insights, taking action where needed to maintain targets
* Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and act as a key point of contact
* Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
The ideal candidate:
* Strong Logistics and Warehousing background, with knowledge of container and port operations
* Extensive experience in a Senior Operations management role
* Evidence of establishing and maintaining business relationships
