Project Coordinator - Exhibition Industry Location: Cambridgeshire (Office Based)

The company works closely with agencies, organisers, and end clients, providing a full-service offering—from design and production to installation and on-site delivery. Due to continued growth and increasing demand within the exhibition sector, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Coordinator to join their dynamic and supportive team based in Milton Keynes.
This is an essential coordination role within the project team, supporting Project Managers across the full lifecycle of exhibition stand delivery—from initial brief and planning through to production, logistics, and onsite installation.
The Project Coordinator will act as a key link between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring all project elements run smoothly, on schedule, and to specification.
You'll be based full-time in the Milton Keynes office, working closely with project, design, and workshop teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition projects.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and delivery.
Coordinate timelines, schedules, and build requirements across multiple projects.
Prepare project documentation, briefs, and production packs.
Assist with resource planning, logistics, and on-site requirements
Ensure accurate communication of project specifications, updates, and changes.
Build strong working relationships with contractors, workshop teams, and key partners.
Liaise with the workshop and design teams to ensure accurate production of exhibition stands.
Monitor budgets, materials, and timelines to help ensure projects run efficiently.
Support pre-builds, quality checks, and occasional on-site installations when needed.
Experience within exhibitions, events, stand build, production, or a similar project-coordination environment.
30,000-£35,000 salary depending on experience
