Pertemps Milton Keynes are currently recruiting HGV2 Home Delivery Drivers for our client based in Milton Keynes
Ongoing work l Monday – Friday l Newly passed welcome l £15.00ph + Overtime l
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a HGV2 Home Delivery Driver, you will be working alongside a drivers mate to provide a home delivery service of approximately 4-5 drops per day to residential properties.
1. Safe and efficient operation of a HGV Class 2 vehicle.
2. Completing 4-5 multi-drop deliveries per day to residential addresses.
3. Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods.
4. Working effectively as part of a team with a driver's mate.
5. Utilising a sack barrow for efficient deliveries.
6. Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
What’s In It For You:
7. Basic £15.00ph, Overtime £22.50ph
8. 10 – 12 hour shifts
9. Start times 0500
10. Ongoing and Temp to perm available
11. Monday - Friday
12. Pay + Overtime + Holiday + Pension
What were looking for:
13. Valid HGV2 (Cat C+E) License
14. Driver CPC and up-to-date Driver Tachograph Card
15. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
16. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling.
17. Physically fit and able to handle demanding work.
18. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
