In this pivotal role, the Management Accountant will act as a Finance Business Partner, working closely with department heads and budget holders to steer key projects toward success. Responsibilities:
* Partnering with stakeholders to track, providing challenge on project costs.
* Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts, forecasts, and annual budgets.
* Conducting statutory reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Mentoring and developing junior team members.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) who brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic business acumen with a solid background in management accounts preparation and business partnering with stakeholders to drive change.
