Customer Service Advisor / Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Wigston (Hybrid – 2 days office, 3 days from home)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: £23,000 per annum (pro rata for duration of contract)
Contract: Temporary – minimum 2–3 months (potential extension, not guaranteed)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to support a busy office based in Wigston on a temporary basis. This is a hybrid role – you’ll work 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home once training is completed.

You’ll be involved in a variety of customer service and admin tasks, so it’s a great role if you’re organised, people-focused and happy to get stuck in where needed.

What you’ll be doing

*

Answering overflow calls from customers and directing queries to the right person.

*

Handling basic customer queries in a polite, professional manner.

*

Taking payments over the phone and logging details accurately.

*

Creating and sending invoices and updating records.

*

Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal systems.

*

General admin support – filing, data entry, emailing customers and colleagues.

About you

*

Previous experience in customer service and/or office administration.

*

Confident on the phone with a clear, friendly manner.

*

Good attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and data.

*

Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

*

Reliable, organised and happy to turn your hand to a variety of tasks.

*

Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (2 days office, 3 days from home).

What’s on offer

£23,000 salary (pro rata for the length of the assignment).

*

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, 35 hours per week.

*

Temporary role for at least a couple of months, with potential for extension or other opportunities within the business (not guaranteed).

*

Hybrid working pattern – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home once you’re trained.

*

Supportive team and a varied workload – no two days the same.
