An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a well-established small animal practice in Daventry on a full-time fixed‑term maternity cover contract.

The Role
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care while supporting the veterinary team across all areas of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Running nurse‑led consultations and clinics
* Performing Schedule 3 procedures
* Assisting in theatre and during surgical procedures
* Monitoring anaesthesia and patient recovery
* Inpatient care and hospitalisation
* Managing patient admissions and discharges
* Providing outstanding client care and communication
* Maintaining accurate clinical records
* Working in line with regulatory and operational standards
