Position: Junior Brand Manager – Foodservice Location: Southwark, London (Hybrid) About the Position As Junior Brand Manager – Foodservice, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the long-term growth of our Foodservice portfolio. This is a brand-new role designed for someone analytical, curious, and excited by food trends, operator needs, and strategic brand building. You will support insight generation, innovation pipeline development, and portfolio reporting — turning data into actionable recommendations that shape our future product roadmap and help us win in Foodservice. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn strategic marketing from the ground up and contribute meaningfully from day one. Key Responsibilities Include: Market Monitoring & Trend Analysis Track competitor activity, consumer trends, and category performance within UK Foodservice. Identify emerging behaviours, gaps, and opportunities to feed into strategy. Insight Translation & Reporting Work with internal data and external agencies to turn complex data sets into simplified insights. Present actionable summaries to the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team. Innovation Pipeline Support Support the development and management of the innovation pipeline. Conduct early-stage research into product gaps and concept opportunities. Portfolio Performance Reporting Prepare regular updates on commercial performance, pricing, distribution and brand alignment. Provide reporting that informs prioritisation and decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category and NPD to ensure commercial plans are grounded in data. Support campaign and launch planning with insights and performance tracking. What Does It Take to Be Successful? We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive marketer with strong commercial instincts and a passion for Foodservice. You should have: A strong analytical foundation — enjoying data, trends, and insight generation. Ability to translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience in a category or analytical role in FMCG is preferred; or a strong academic foundation in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields. Strong communication skills, including confidence in presenting information visually (PowerPoint). A proactive, organised approach and ownership mindset. Collaborative style — supporting teams with insight and clear thinking. Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. What’s Next?
