The firm has a respected Family department with a steady flow of privately funded work alongside legal aid matters. A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE to join a dynamic and growing team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload and play a key role in the department’s continued development. The role will involve:
* Handling a varied caseload of private family matters including divorce, financial remedy and private children work.
* Advising clients on matrimonial breakdown, child arrangements and associated financial disputes.
* Managing relationships with clients in a sensitive and professional manner.
* Drafting and reviewing court applications, consent orders and financial disclosure documents.
* Supporting business development initiatives to enhance the firm’s local presence.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in Family Law.
* Have strong technical knowledge and an ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
* Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
* Show initiative and a proactive approach to growing the department.
* Be keen to develop your expertise and progress within the firm.
