Building Control opportunity within An Approved Inspector based in Essex.
Introduction
1. We are currently working with an Approved Inspector who are looking to recruit a Building Control Surveyor / Senior Building Control Surveyor to join the group and support on sites in the Essex area. You will not be required to cover sites outside of Essex.
You will need
2. Ability to manage a variety of projects, with the vast majority being residential.
3. Knowledge and experience of working on residential and commercial projects.
4. The ability to provide a client-led service.
5. A proactive attitude when dealing with current clients, but also forward thinking in gaining new clients.
6. In the Process of getting registered at a class 2 and above
Working conditions / environment:
7. Flexible working with the option to work from home full time.
Salary / Package:
8. The Salary can range from £50,000 - £68,000 depending on the Surveyors level, and there is a competitive package on top of this Salary, which includes: Car allowance, Pension Scheme, Bonus scheme and more!
