I am currently recruiting for an experienced Chef to join a community café.
You will be part of a team that ensures the Café provides good quality food on a daily basis consistently meeting customer requirements.
As Chef, your duties will include
1. Controlling and directing the food preparation processes ensuring the food offering is of the highest possible quality.
2. Assisting with implementing an attractive but simple menu that meets the needs of the community, promoting healthy, balanced choices.
3. Involvement with stock control, managing the kitchen budget, ordering supplies.?
