Base pay range

A competitive hourly rate plus an equal share of great tips.

Responsibilities

* Cook some of the best, most innovative pub food in the industry and work to premium seasonal menus in an award-winning environment.
* Work with high standards in a friendly, welcoming kitchen and contribute to team goals.
* Learn and execute technical skills that reflect our premium food menus and utilise locally sourced ingredients.
* Benefit from industry-leading training and development, including bespoke training plans as part of the Pillars of Progression and HIT apprenticeship schemes.
* Receive support from our executive chef team and head chefs to develop your skills.
