Principal / Associate Electrical Engineer Manchester
We are seeking an experienced Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer to join our growing Manchester team. This is a leadership position, overseeing a team of engineers and delivering projects across a diverse portfolio.
About the Role
You will be responsible for leading the electrical design and delivery of projects within sectors including:
Education / High-rise residential /Commercial developments / Healthcare
As part of the senior team, you'll play a key role in developing client relationships, supporting business growth, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.
Deliver high-quality electrical designs across a range of building sectors.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Oversee project resourcing, planning, and budgets.
Drive innovation and sustainability in engineering solutions.
About You
Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer status.
Proven track record delivering electrical designs across education, high-rise, commercial, and healthcare projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Motivated, collaborative, and solution-driven.
