Supply Chain Business Analyst – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Milton Keynes / Dartford (hybrid with travel)
Salary: 50-65k + Benefits
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (12 months). Although this role is offered on a FTC basis, it is highly likely that the role will move to a permanent arrangement.
Join our client in a pivotal role as they roll out Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across their European operations. We're looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to help align business processes with ERP functionality. This role will ensure the smooth execution of supply chain processes, bridging business needs with technical solutions, and driving efficiency in the ERP software rollout.
The role will predominantly be based from Milton Keynes with some travel to Dartford when required. The client operate a 3/2 hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. The working pattern will fluctuate with demand, so some weeks could be mainly in the office, some weeks, mainly at home.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Dynamics 365 F&O / ERP implementation and optimising supply chain processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* ERP Implementation Support:
* Work closely with stakeholders and partners to support the roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / D365FO / ERP across their European entities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and processes.
* Business Process Optimisation:
* Analyse existing supply chain processes, identify gaps, and drive standardisation and improvement initiatives across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and planning.
* Data Consistency:
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple markets, providing insight to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Act as a bridge between supply chain teams, IT, and external vendors. Support training initiatives and promote knowledge sharing to strengthen internal capabilities.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings a mix of business acumen, supply chain expertise, and technical ERP systems knowledge:
* Proven experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Customer Engagement (CE)
* Strong understanding of supply chain functions, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning
* Familiarity with the Field Service industry, Manufacturing processes, MRP, and Warehouse Management (Desirable)
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Project management experience is a plus
