Things to know:
* Job Title: Communications Manager
* Salary: £39k - £50k, depending on experience
* Location: London
* Working hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
* Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days working from home)
Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior stakeholders to build and deliver a clear, engaging communication programme.
* Support transformation initiatives with consistent, impactful messaging.
* Create compelling content, from newsletters and presentations to digital platforms and site communications.
* Ensure clear, timely communication across all levels of the business.
* Champion the brand and maintain high standards that align with brand guidelines.
* Lead campaigns, coordinate and deliver engaging internal campaigns and social value initiatives.
* Promote achievements, initiatives, and great stories across the contract.
* Support projects by communicating progress, goals, and outcomes effectively.
* Build relationships and develop a strong internal network to source content and drive engagement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in communications, PR, or marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisation and project management abilities.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
* A proactive approach with a passion for storytelling and engagement.
