Responsibilities
* Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of new leases
* Lease renewals and re‑gears
* Portfolio management work
* Supporting on acquisitions and disposals with a strong asset management focus
* Providing strategic, commercially minded advice to clients
* Managing your own files while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions
Qualifications
* 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong landlord and tenant experience
* Comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision
* Commercially aware with strong client care skills
* Keen to get involved in business development
