Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:00 PAYE, we do not use umbrella companies About the role A mainstream primary school in Tower Hamlets is looking to appoint Teaching assistants to join them full time. This will be across different year groups in KS1 and KS2, and therefore your preference will be considered. You will be working with pupils with autism on a 1-2-1 basis supporting them in the classroom throughout the day. You will- -Be supporting the pupil with their learning where needed -Be able to identify the pupils needs throughout the day -Work with the class teacher and SENDCO to support the pupils learning and adjust work where needed -Follow pupils routines throughout the day -Support the class teacher when needed, and work collaboratively with other members of staff You should have experience working with SEN pupils in a classroom setting About the school The school is a two form entry mainstream primary school. The school expect their support staff to be able to work collaboratively, be flexible, be able to work off their own initiative and be punctual. Requirements To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistants you will: Have a DBS on the updated service Be able to work Monday-Friday Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
