What will I be doing?
You will operate the site's weighbridge system, control all entries and exits, maintain the site diary, and ensure an organized office environment.
You will:
* Assist with general administrative duties, such as answering phones and directing calls.
* Carry out inductions for visitors to the site.
* Ensure that anyone going onto the site is provided with the appropriate protective equipment.
* Complete necessary documentation in accordance with legal guidelines.
* Follow all SUEZ Health and Safety policies at all times.
* Communicate effectively with the team.
* Deliver outstanding front-line customer service.
What are the requirements?
You need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team. Additionally, you should:
* Have a flexible approach to work, including covering for holidays and sick days if required.
* Be willing to undertake other roles on site, with training and development provided.
