At Two Tribes, we're all about creating exceptional beers inspired by our love for innovation, collaboration and London culture. We are looking to expand the tribe and bring in a new Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our energetic and passionate team. If you’re a logistics whiz with a strong leadership streak, this is your chance to shape the movement of our beer from brewery to bar — safely, efficiently, and with excellence.
The role:
As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth, effective, and safe storage and delivery of our beer. * Oversee warehouse stock control, ensuring accurate FIFO practices and up-to-date inventory systems (Breww)
* Plan and optimise delivery routes across London
* Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
* Champion health & safety across all operations — daily compliance, checks, and equipment maintenance
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and structural integrity of the warehouse
* Ensure weekly stock counts and proactive monitoring of potential out-of-stock (OOS) risks
* Collaborate with HR to support individual team member growth and development
* Drive performance through KPIs and continuous process improvement
About you:
You're an organised, adaptable leader who thrives on operational challenges and knows how to prioritise in a fast-moving environment. You're hands-on, calm under pressure, and tech-savvy enough to keep our systems up to speed.
You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Solid understanding of stock control and routing logistics
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confidence with IT systems and reporting tools
* A proactive mindset with a keen eye for safety and process improvement
If you're keen to join a progressive company with creative roots and an exciting future, you're in the right place and we want to hear from you.
