Job Description
A well-established recycling plant in Barnstaple, Devon, is looking for an experienced Yard Supervisor to join their team.

As Yard Supervisor, you will oversee waste recycling operations, ensuring KPI targets are met and safety, ISO standards, environmental policies, and company procedures are adhered to.
You will lead and develop the team to ensure effective processing and output, manage staffing levels, and maintain high performance standards.
Ideal candidates may have held roles such as MRF Manager, MBT Supervisor, Waste Manager, Transfer Station Manager, WEEE Site Operations Manager, Waste Operations Supervisor, Transfer Station Supervisor, Production Manager, Scrap Metal Yard Foreman, or Metal Recycling Operations Manager.
