* Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve plumbing and heating issues.
* Provide exceptional customer service by explaining work clearly and addressing client questions.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating).
* Proven experience in plumbing and heating installation and maintenance.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A valid driver's licence.
