How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll inspire and lead your team to achieve exceptional results. You’ll be responsible for motivating and engaging your team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. You’ll monitor progress towards targets, review branch profitability, and share insights with senior management. You’ll also play a key role in coaching your team to upsell additional products, ensuring they meet monthly sales targets. Regular one-to-one and team meetings will allow you to provide feedback, support, and guidance, helping your team members grow in their careers. By conducting team audits and utilising data for performance management, you’ll ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance with FCA guidelines. Key responsibilities include: Empowering your team with in-depth knowledge of products and policies. Proactively managing employee relations and fostering a positive team culture. Driving financial performance and ensuring adherence to budget lines. About You Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: A strong understanding of SME and Commercial insurance, with experience in placement. Familiarity with Acturis software and a commitment to working within FCA guidelines. A proven ability to interpret data accurately and present findings clearly. A collaborative and approachable management style, with a genuine desire to help your team thrive. A sales-driven mindset and excellent communication skills to coach and mentor your team effectively. A commitment to learning and developing industry knowledge to pursue excellence.
