Ready to run your own Digital Storefront and manage Shopify, email and trading for one of the fastest growing UK brands with ultimate creative freedom?
About the Role
This is a unique chance to own the digital shopfront for one of the UK’s fastest-growing fashion and lifestyle brands.
You’ll take charge of everything that makes an online store thrive, from site trading and product drops to email campaigns and customer retention.
The idea role if you love both the art and science of e-commerce: the design, the data, and the dopamine hit when sales spike after a killer campaign.
You’ll be hands-on across Shopify, Klaviyo, analytics, and digital merchandising, working closely with a small, but high performing creative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* E-Commerce Trading & Merchandising | Keeping the site fresh, fast, and shoppable. Managing daily trading, product launches, and promotional calendars.
* Email Marketing & CRM | Running campaigns and automations end-to-end through Klaviyo (or similar). Segment, personalise, test, and optimise for results.
* Analytics & Performance | Tracking conversion, AOV, retention, and revenue. Using GA4 and Excel to spot insights and tweak what needs tweaking.
* Creative & Brand Alignment | Working with design and social teams to keep every touchpoint cohesive and on-brand.
* Customer Experience | Owning the journey from first click to repeat purchase.
What You’ll Bring
* ✔ Proven experience in e-commerce management, online trading, or CRM (fashion, retail, or D2C ideal).
* ✔ Hands-on Shopify expertise — ideally with Shopify Plus or Shopify Markets.
* ✔ Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Dotdigital.
* ✔ Analytical mindset — confident using Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, and data-driven reporting.
* ✔ Commercial focus, creative flair, and great organisational instincts.
