Chemistry Graduate | About the Role:
As a Chemistry Academic Mentor, you will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 to 5, providing focused academic support and helping to close gaps in knowledge. Whether assisting with exam preparation or guiding practical understanding, your work will have a direct and lasting impact on student achievement.
Chemistry Graduate | Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting classroom learning and practical science activities
Assisting students in building strong foundational knowledge and exam techniques
Working with teachers to identify and support underperforming students
Encouraging a love for Chemistry through engaging and supportive mentoring
Chemistry Graduate | About You:
A degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject (2:1 or above preferred)
Organised, reliable, and committed to student progress
Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, outreach) is desirable
