OTE GBP £42,000.00/Yr. Overview Business Development Manager - Automotive Parts £32,000 Per Annum Basic with Bonus opportunity of £10,000 per annum plus Company Car. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, open to discussion.

Here at Charles Hurst, we are looking for an ambitious and talented Trade Parts Business Development Manager to join our successful team in Belfast. We're seeking someone passionate about the automotive industry with extensive knowledge of parts, whether Franchise or After-market.
Our Parts Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and growing trade parts sales within the Trade Hub area, operating from our Trade Parts Hub. Responsibilities include identifying new customers, developing existing accounts, building strong relationships with independent garages, body shops, and fleet sectors, and expanding parts ranges purchased.
Key abilities include maintaining product knowledge, working within sales strategies to increase revenue, supporting the Trade Hub team, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with sales and transport managers to focus on high-potential areas. Developing strong relationships with the Tele-Sales team to achieve targets is also essential.
Applicants should have prior experience in a similar automotive environment, proven sales success in B2B trade parts, be IT literate (Excel, Word, ideally CDK/Kerridge), and capable of monitoring financial performance and addressing shortfalls. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
