This role is vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of the people we support during the night across our services in Edinburgh including young people aged 1625 and individuals affected by domestic abuse.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Provide overnight support and guidance to our Night Practitioners across various services.
2. Be the first point of contact for staff during the night, offering advice, reassurance, and practical support.
3. Visit different services to ensure staff and residents are safe, supported, and well-connected.
4. Handle incidents, manage risk, and maintain calm and effective responses during crises.
5. Lead, supervise, and support a small team, ensuring quality care and professional development.
6. Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to service improvement and reflective practice.
