The Role
* Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop creativity and technical skill
* Supporting pupils with coursework, sketchbooks, and portfolio development
* Encouraging experimentation with a range of artistic media and techniques
* Developing confident classroom routines and behaviour management
* Working closely with experienced colleagues within the Art department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to qualify as an ECT
* A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related creative subject
* The ability to teach Art across KS3 and KS4
* A positive, reflective approach to teaching and learning
* Willingness to take on feedback and develop professionally
* Good organisation skills and a calm, encouraging teaching style
