1. Responsible to the OC for the training, discipline, education, health, welfare, morale and operational capability of the Tp. 2. Ensure Tp personnel gain appropriate trade and professional qualifications to provide capability to Regular partnered regiments. 3. Improve the number of Tp personnel who qualify for their annual Certificate of Efficiency. 4. Effective and timely completion of appraisals and MPARs. 5. Accurate maintenance of Tp training records.
