NPI Planner
As an NPI planner, you will be responsible for owning all planning actions for the NPI (New Product Introduction) projects executed through our site in Montrose and primarily for our Well Systems (Subsea XT) Product Line. You will be part of the Global Material Planning and Scheduling team within Well Systems and work cross functionally with Manufacturing, Project Management, sourcing and engineering personnel that support NPI projects. You will manage capacity and resource planning of our NPI lab in Montrose as well as material planning to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities
* Ensuring all material is released into the supply chain on time and ensure any risks are flagged to stakeholders
* Working cross functionally with project and function teams to ensure that deliverables are met and work collaboratively on solutions where items are pacing late
* Be responsible for capacity planning of the lab for both short (0 to 3 months) and medium term (3 to +12 months)
* Own the slot / launch plan for the Montrose Lab
* Be responsible for "tollgate" process which reviews material pacing for upcoming shop orders and drives actions of stakeholders to ensure any late/high risk items receive focus
* Oversee production meetings to ensure WIP is paced and completion dates updated to reflect current manufacturing commitments.
* Optimise material plans by analysing risks to supply and proactively put in place measures to mitigate this for future supply orders (such as strategic stocking)
* Ensuring data integrity within our Oracle ERP system to ensure dates are maintained and visible to all stakeholders
* Support the Material Planning and/or Production Control functions in Montrose where required
Qualifications
* Be able to be self sufficient in defining production priorities based on stakeholders needs
* Lead the planning for all NPI projects executed through Montrose
* Create and utilise a capacity plan to ensure dates reflect any capacity constraints
* Be able to utilise Oracle ERP and reports to identify material risks and flag items that require pull in to meet plan
* Utilise advance planning tools like Cyberplan to identify critical path items
* Be proficient in excel to manipulate and present data to key stakeholders
* Previous experience in planning or project management position desirable
* Be able to manage all stakeholders needs and use data to make informed decisions
* Create the required rhythms with all functions to ensure actions are driven to meet project and schedule needs
