What the Job Involves This role involves conducting holistic assessments of health and social care needs for Bexley patients, offering rehabilitative solutions that encourage independence. You will actively shape the occupational therapy service, assess and treat individuals, manage caseloads, and supervise junior staff. Your responsibilities also include performing Access/Home visits and supporting team members. Attending family and multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings is a key element of the role, as is collaborating closely with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation assistants, physiotherapists, doctors, and volunteers.
