AI Architect (Agentic AI / Microsoft Stack)

UK Hybrid (London / Manchester / Leeds)
We’re partnering with a leading Microsoft consultancy scaling its AI & Data practice and building out a specialist Agentic AI Architecture capability across the UK.
This is a hands-on AI Architect role for someone who still builds, still codes, and still wants to be close to delivery—while owning architecture, client shaping, and complex AI solution design end-to-end.
No pure strategy. No PowerPoint architects. This is for real builders at senior level.
The Role
You’ll lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions, working directly with senior client stakeholders to shape architecture from concept through to production.
You’ll be working across Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, alongside the wider Azure AI and Power Platform ecosystem.
Alongside delivery, you’ll help define the architecture standards, patterns, and best practices that shape how agentic AI is delivered across the practice.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading architecture and solution design for complex AI programmes
* Shaping end-to-end agentic AI solutions (design → build → deploy)
* Working directly with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor
* Remaining hands-on across engineering, integration, and delivery
* Supporting pre-sales, bids, and technical solution shaping
* Defining reusable patterns, standards, and accelerators
* Mentoring senior engineers and helping grow AI capability
What We’re Looking For
* Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio
* Proven ability to architect agentic AI / automation solutions
* Experience delivering complex AI solutions in client-facing environments
* Strong consulting background (workshops, shaping, stakeholder engagement)
* Ability to operate across architecture + engineering + delivery
Bonus Experience
* Azure AI (OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)
* Power Platform integration experience
* Enterprise governance, security, Responsible AI
* Experience mentoring engineers or architects
* Microsoft AI / Azure certifications
