The Role
As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to customer specifications. This role offers both day and night shifts, giving flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Programming CNC machines using Fanuc / Heidenhain / Siemens or XYZ
* Setting and operating CNC machinery to produce precision components
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Adjusting tooling, speeds and feeds to achieve correct toleranceslili>Performing in-process inspection and quality checks
* Working closely with production and engineering teams to optimise machining processes
* Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment
Requirements
* Previous experience as a CNC Programmer (Turning, Milling or both)
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Confident with programming from scratch or editing at the machine
* Strong understanding of tooling, materials and machining principles
* Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Able to work independently or as part of a team
Pay & Shift Details
* £18.00 - £21.00 per hour (depending on experience)
* Day and night shift options available
* Overtime available at enhanced rates
