* Leading and managing a domiciliary (home care) service with confidence and compassion
* Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations
* Recruiting, developing, and supporting a team of care professionals
* Driving quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals in the community

? A Registered Manager with experience in domiciliary/home care
? Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care Leadership (or working towards it)
? A confident leader with excellent communication and people skills
? A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care
