Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team of Executive Assistants, supporting the Chair, Executive Managing Director, Executive Directors, Non-executive Directors, and Governors of the Trust. Remote and hybrid working is available.
Responsibilities
* Provide an efficient, totally confidential administrative and secretarial support service.
* Manage diaries and take minutes for various corporate meetings.
* Act as the first point of contact for the Chair, Executive Managing Director, and other directors and governors; be people-facing with strong organisational and secretarial skills.
* Work independently to timetables, delivering organised and efficient support to the team; demonstrate a flexible, collaborative approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proficient in MS365 and comfortable using digital tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and secretarial abilities with experience in diary management and minute taking.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
