Job Description
This permanent role offers 30 hours per week, worked across 4 days, and is primarily based within the outpatient setting, with occasional involvement in the management of inpatient cases where required. The role is highly specialist, involving the assessment and treatment of a complex caseload across pre‑ and post‑natal musculoskeletal care, gynaecology, pelvic pain and male pelvic health. The successful candidate will provide management and clinical supervision for physiotherapy teams across North Devon and Exeter, while also supporting the wider Physiotherapy Service as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring high‑quality physiotherapy provision, driving service performance, improving patient outcomes and effective service delivery. The role also supports staff development through training and mentorship, and works closely with the Head of Acute Physiotherapy on service organisation, recruitment and wider HR responsibilities.
Working Pattern: 30 hours worked over 4 days (including a Friday)
