About the Role:

Support the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate in a variety of activities. As part of our group-wide More… Programme, the focus is on meeting resident interests and needs consistently and creatively, adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.
About You:
We provide full training, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. What’s important is that you’re organized, possess excellent communication skills, and are flexible to work shifts. We are committed to supporting your career development, potentially towards becoming a Nurse Associate. Please note, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across 7 days, including weekends.
Knowledge / Experience:
* An understanding of how social interaction impacts overall wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering lifestyle sessions both in groups and individually.
* Ability to develop strong community links and successfully deliver events.
* Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
* Ability to support the implementation of new concepts and ideas.
* Potential to develop through Lifestyle / Activities training and qualifications.
