Settlement Agreements
Court Orders
Process Time related transactions from internal stakeholders: Overtime
Shift Changes
Sickness
Phased Return To Work
Time Savings Accounts, Salary Offset
Process HR Administration activities: Complete transactions related to HR activities, such as references and solicitor’s letters
Provide first-level support on the flexible benefits platform
Maintain e-pay tool and handle stakeholder queries
Produce documents via mail merge for internal communications
Manage relationships with external e-payslip providers
E-mail archiving and process improvements
Support other HR administration requests as needed
