You will take ownership of complex and specialist cases to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery across housing support, accommodation, community transition, and prevention work, and manage a personal caseload effectively to support client needs and service outcomes. Essential Criteria Option A: 3+ years working with socially excluded individuals Option B: A Level 3 qualification (e.g., QCF/NVQ) and 2+ years' experience Plus A proven ability to build strong, supportive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders Experience designing and delivering tailored, client-focused services that address strengths, needs, and risks Strong organizational skills, with the ability to self-direct and prioritize effectively A good understanding of homelessness and related challenges Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Full current driving licence or, if a disability prevents driving, an alternative means of transport to enable the duties of the post to be carried out in full.
