What youll be doing as a Retail Area Manager Leading, supporting and challenging a group of c15 stores to deliver excellent customer service, strong standards and commercial results Being the heartbeat of your area, energising teams, shaping performance and keeping everyone focused on the customer Coaching Store Managers to build confident, customer-focused teams Driving sales and profitability through people-first, hands-on leadership Managing stock, payroll, compliance and store performance across your area Spotting opportunities, solving problems and keeping your stores running smoothly Acting as the key link between stores, Head Office and the senior leadership team Playing a meaningful role in helping steer the business as it continues to evolve What youll bring to the role as a Retail Area Manager Youre a natural leader with a commercial edge and a passion for retail.
