Job Title: Head Chef Department: Restaurant & Bar Reporting to: Internal Operations Director
Hours: Full Time Position, 5 days per week including weekends (2 consecutive days off)
Salary: £42,000 plus dependent on candidate (Company pension, 28 days holiday including bank holiday)
Accommodation: If not local or able to travel from home, we would look to provide for the first 2 months, to allow candidate time to find own accommodation locally.
Start Date: Dependent on Candidate, position available immediately.

Key Responsibilities Staff Management; Recruiting, Training and day to day management of our team (Responsible for Kitchen Team) Compliance & EHO; Maintain and improve the current 5* Ratings.
