Synchronicity FS is proud to be supporting another long-standing client as they look to recruit a Change Delivery Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is at the forefront of occupational pensions and wider savings offerings and has seen impressive growth of their AUM since establishment. You will be joining a forward-thinking business where you will be given the platform to progress your career and develop your skillset, so this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to move away from bureaucracy/red-tape-type environments and secure a role where your thoughts and ideas will be listened to and implemented.
As Change Delivery Manager, you will drive and oversee strategic change initiatives within the Master Trust business arm. From onboarding new client and supplier partnerships (including cutting-edge AI services) to supporting wider business transformation, you’ll ensure each project lands smoothly and delivers lasting impact. You’ll be the glue between strategy and execution — managing scope, risk, and communication across multidisciplinary teams and external partners to make change stick.
Day-to-day will include:
* Lead delivery of change initiatives from project planning through to implementation and business-as-usual.
* Manage relationships across internal teams and third parties to align on operational needs and readiness.
* Deliver new partnerships that grow the Master Trust and evolve our digital service offering.
* Govern project scope and risk in line with our strategy and customer outcomes.
* Champion stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and smooth handovers.
* Track progress, spot issues early, and ensure successful go-lives.
* Navigate regulatory requirements with sound judgment and business awareness.
We're looking for:
* Proven experience in project/change delivery (Prince2 or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus).
* Experience in DC pensions or the broader pensions/financial services landscape.
* A proactive, “roll-your-sleeves-up” mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
* Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Ability to juggle priorities, think creatively, and deliver outcomes.
* Comfortable working across teams in a complex, regulated environment.
This is a hybrid working role where the incumbent will be expected to attend the London office twice a week as a minimum.
