Overview
Fantastic opportunity to join this Legal 500 listed property litigation department based in central Liverpool, with a reputation as one of the best practices in the North of England and a demonstrated commitment to work/life balance.
The team is made up of 15 staff across 3 offices, and you will be working with a Legal Director. The role involves a broad mix of landlord and commercial tenant work, including dilapidation, leasehold & freehold management, lease renewals, forfeiture, trespass and possession claims.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to a broad mix of property litigation work (landlord and commercial tenant matters) as part of a dedicated team.
* Support on dilapidation, leasehold and freehold management, lease renewals, forfeiture, trespass and possession claims.
Qualifications and Experience
* Associate or Senior Associate level preferred; the firm maintains a clear progression structure to support career advancement.
* Have at least one year of experience as a qualified solicitor, or, at minimum, experience in property litigation in one seat of your training contract.
