Responsibilities
* Carrying out regular planned preventive maintenance and service visits.
* Attending stairlift breakdown callouts and carrying out minor stairlift repairs.
* Meeting agreed customer response times and building relationships with clients.
* Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and participating in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
* Problem solving and working independently.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or part‑qualified).
* Experience working with lifts.
* Strong customer skills.
* A valid UK driving licence.
* Flexible hours.
