We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This is a true end-to-end recruitment role, where you’ll partner with a variety of business areas across The AA to attract and hire top talent.
As part of a passionate Talent Acquisition team, you’ll contribute to hiring success across the organisation, building strong relationships and driving best-in-class recruitment practices.
What will I be doing?
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, job posting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding, while meeting key SLA metrics such as time to hire and time to offer
* Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process
* Conducting candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with role requirements
* Coordinating and managing interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties, and providing timely feedback
* Managing the offer process end-to-end, delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within recruitment systems, including our applicant tracking system (TalentLink)
* Bring external market insights (e.g., talent trends, competitor activity), proactively sharing these to inform and improve recruitment decisions.
What do I need?
* Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business areas
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and deliver a high level of customer service
* Experience using applicant tracking systems, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team and across the wider business
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality recruitment experience
* Confident using AI powered tools and embracing emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to learning, adapting to evolving AI behaviours, and integrating AI into day to day work.
